after phoning store ( Melb Central ) spoke to 'Ellie' about missing disc from purchase I was told to return empty case and it would be replaced. As they could not find disc in question I was offered a refund which I accepted. After waiting 40mins on a hot day and non responsive staff I finally received service and went on my way. My complaint is that when I got home after an 1hr train journey I discovered they had refunded me $15 for a $30 purchase ! I am not impressed at all and need you to follow this up. It's not the amount of $ involved it's just the feeling of being ripped off...I hate it !

there is at least 5 staff working at this cd store in Westfield carousel. Not even one looked at me at all with a warm welcome or even some help as i was looking for some cd's.In fact one had to silenty move me out the way so she can get past or stand right in front of me while she was putting cd's back on the shelf.I work in the same industry as these guys and i think its appauling to see where customer service has gone these days.and i was the more dumb one who ended up buying 5 cd's where i could of went home and downloaded them myself.I think retail should be more focused on cleaning up its attitude as comsumers these days are more than happy to sit at home and do the whole shop online thing that have to deal with the hussle and bustle of a shop where the employees think there the consumer. That's my 2 cents worth
