I got 3 quotes for replacing glass shower screens in our bathroom & 1 in our ensuite. I choose Shower Enclosure Services. They told me the screens would take 10-12 working days. Day 14 we had still not heard anything from the company, so I rang them. I was told the glass hadn't even been ordered, but they would get on the job asap. I then had to ring again & find out when they were coming to fit the screens, no phone call from them at all communicating what day or time. So finally they turn up on day 16 and install the first screen in main bathrooom, which all was ok. Then the guy tries to install the ensuite screen & he tells me the door doesn't fit. I ask him to show me the problem & he then says it has to do with the railing the door sits in. So now I'm totally confused. So he takes the door back & we are told nothing for days. I left calling the company 7 days to see if they would contact us. No-One did. I got my husband to ring (twice). I then rang and asked when the screen will be installed. Thursday at 11am they say. So it is Thursday now at 12.30pm & still no one has come or called. It is now 10 minutes later 12.40pm & I get a call from them, one of their trades people have quit his job, who was suppose to do the install with my door on the van. I have given them half an hour to get here & install it or they can not bother.They made it with 3 minutes to spare, installed the screen, I look at it and I requested that the door swing the other way, well!it dosen't swing the other way. So all I can say about this company is DONT BOTHER WITH THEM!!! They don't know what customer service is & they certainly dont know how to communicate or give the customer what they want.
