Sold Smart international ( New South Wales, Australia)
I ordered 12 mops from them online www.soldsmart.com.au over 3 months ago. The delivery date was supposed to be 15 of may. I still have not received the items and sent them an email telling them I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. They let me know that they are sorry there was a problem with the order however I can not receive a refund because they were legally mine after I had paid for them and if I were not to accept the order (in which it has still not arrived 10/07/08) they will start to charge me storage costs. Terrible service.
