Southwest Airlines (Colorado, United States)
My wife left some property in the seatback pocket of the airplane when landing in Denver. She realized her property was missing but when she called in they refused to look for the item and told her she had 24 hours to come in or it would be shipped to Dallas..
The property was shipped to Dallas and we will never see it again. Who does that? How is this policy beneficial to the customer? It is solely for the convenience of the airline. They wouldn't know customer service it it jumped up and bit them. It is no wonder people universally hate airlines. I warned my wife not to fly Southwest, perhaps she will listen now.
What do you think Nordstrom would do if you left some property at their store? They wold not ship it to Dallas!!
