All i wanted was to speak to a customer representitive! I was on HOLD for 22 minutes and 41 seconds and extremely frustrated by the time my call was answered! Mind you, Spotlight don't take the top prize for length of 'hold' time- that award goes to Mistral, 28 minutes and 13 seconds! The other frustrating thing is the fact that the issue is always resolved by the customer service rep in approximately 30 seconds! I really wish i could keep them on hold for as long....
