I am suprised somewhat that nobody has written a complaint about the above company before. here goes: It all started off well, of course it does when they want your money. We organised our move from Sydney to Brisbane, the guys who arrived to pack our stuff were great, so this was all positive. However the guys who unpacked our stuff in Brisbane were not great, did not seem to take any care with our stuff and left our place a mess. Also our stuff had been moved from the first truck to another truck Why was this? We then noticed the damaged furniture. Our dining table was badly chipped. As well as a side table and our tv cabinet. Cabinet shelves from our bathroom cabinet were missing. An outside metal statue was also broken. Another item was left at their depot but this was ok due to safety issues. My partner has been told he had insurance. What they did not tell him was that it was only for flooding etc. As my partner is very thorough when organising things I know that they neglected to tell him this. So we then tried to contact them numerous times re our damaged, missing stuff. Took them quite some time (and phone calls) to get back to us. Then we got the standard reply about having to contact insurance about this matter. Basically not wanting to know and fobbing us off. I then contact the NSW Tribunal and they contacted State to State who mentioned that it took us a while to make a complaint. Perhaps because they never got back to us. Then they wanted photos so I sent them through. And of course they said that they spoke to the driver and he had a different opinion on what happenned. Funny that!!! I was expecting him to admit that he damaged our stuff. NOT!!. So a few emails back and forth and then she wanted more pictures from a different angle so to get a better look at the damage. And a written claim??? And of course mentioned that they had never had a claim against them. Lies. So I sent through more pictures, sent through a written claim (mentioning that if it was not done correctly that I would send it through again as per their instructions) But to date no answer. I then emailed saying I wanted confirmation that my email was received. No answer. Great customer service. Damage our stuff, fair enough things happen, but then keep denying this as if I was lying and that they have NEVER damaged or lost anything. I do what they ask and send through pics etc and no reply. they seemed so nice before we paid them. Funny how things change. You have been warned.
