TNT EXPRESS " SURE YOU CANT"

This is an update to my previous post made on 2012-01-26.

Today STUPID driver from useless TNT EXPRESS came and gave me "Sorry we missed you" card in my hand and told me that he does not have my consignment with him atm and he will deliver it tomorrow.

called RUDE customer service today again and they told me none of their service is an express service but only our companies name ends with EXRESS...She really said it.....

Now i must tell you..Now Rough was she?

Ans: She was as rough as rubbing sandpaper on your butts will feel.

TNT EXPRESS " SURE YOU CANT" . Because you have useless staff.

TNT is completely Useless, MO
I bought a TV online which was supposed to come through TNT. seller gave me tracking code on 24th and TV was suppused to arrive on 25th(next day). but it did not arrive so i thought it might be delivered on 27th a day after australia day. I waited for the whole day and again it did not arrive. website tracking feature is as useless as TNT.

Then i called TNT support to track the item and the operator told me that she has no clue about this tracking number and she told me that she will give me a call back and after 15 mins someone from shit company named TNT called me and told me that driver will give me a call on monday 30th....

Express delivery takes more than 5 day when you use TNT's shit service.

I wont be using TNT ever again. you guys also BETTER STAY AWAY FROM THEM

parcel took 22 days from Sydney to arrive, the courier driver that delivered from Mittagong
depot (30 minutes away) advised that he couldn't find my office, yet the parcel had
my personal name, company name and a phone number all visual on the parcel clearly
address. how hopeless is that.

complained to tnt and still after weeks of complaining have not even received a call
from tnt to advise why and or an apology of any kind, how good is that from a large corporation

So what an excuse the driver even advised when delivery that parcel had been sitting in
depot for a couple of weeks, but they didn't know where to deliver, how slack is that
I would have driven to collect if they had rang me obvious courier driver too slack to deliver
yet no compensation or answers to date received as to why this is allowed to happen

Stay well away from TNT VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered an ipad from the apple store who uses TNT as their couriers, I thought TNT was a reputable company shouldn't be any problems, how very wrong I was!! It was scheduled to be delivered wed 08/06/2011 so I took the day of work and waited at home all day for my package... nothing came. I went out and checked the mail at the end of the day and there was a card left from TNT stating I was not home and they tried to deliver my package at 11.50am.. ummm no you didn't because I was home and I didn't hear anyone at the door.
So as my package required signature on delivery I only had one option, to collect it from the depot since I couldn't take another day off work. So I called the number on the card to arrange a pick up went straight to message bank and told me to call their customer service line.
So I did and I was on hold for 45 mins!!! Frustrated, I hung up and decided to call the number on the card again, straight to message bank again. 11 times I called them and finally on the twelfth attempt I finally got through I explained the situation and the lady said there was nothing she can do until I made an enquiry via the customer service line. I said that I had tried that and was on hold for 45mins. she just said I would have to keep waiting until I got through and hung up. By this stage I am very stressed and angry I am ready to punch someone in the face! particularly some one from TNT. I call back and get straight through to a different lady, I told her what the previous girl had said and this lady said I could come down to the depot and collect it that day and that they close at 6. So when my boyfriend got home we drove to the depot and went to claim my package and... oh what a surprise they cant find it!! So another waiting around for 15 mins and it turns up somewhere! thank god! then they asked for my drivers licence number, I don't have a drivers licence so I don't have a number to give him. he said he will need to check with his manager to see what to do another 10mins and he comes back and says we can use my boyfriends licence. So we sign the papers and the ipad is all mine! Finally!
Moral of the story is.. TNT suck! worst customer experience of my life! I will not shop at apple store again because I don't wan't to deal with TNT! sorry apple, love your products, hate your couriers!

Where to start with TNT. We had a laptop that had to go from Perth to Melbourne for warrenty repairs. The service centre in Melb sent us out a "Pick up" order for TNT. I call them on the Monday morning to arrange to have the laptop picked up. They say Tuesday morning. Ok fair enough. Tuesday comes and goes and I still have the laptop. Make a few phone calls. Same thing Wednesday and every day for the next 10 days. When my husband rings them, he is told the laptop has been picked up and is on it's way to Melb as we speak. Really? Then what's in this box we have sitting on the lounge room floor? Eventually it gets to Melb. God only knows how.
Now we have the same thing in reverse to get it back. It's currently in Perth. Sitting at the Welshpool depot. and has been for 4 days. Apparently someone tried to drop it off on Tuesday afternoon. Funnily enough everyone was home and the front door was open and no one from TNT graced my doorstep. Can't find the phantom card they supposedly left either. I rang them yesterday (Wednesday) and through sheer frustration I swore at the unhelpful rude little tart on the other end and she hung up on me (oops my bad). Seems the reason it hasn't been delievered from Welshpool to Rockingham is bad weather. Hmmm since it hasn't rained in Perth since early January I think. I can only assume it is too hot for TNT to work.
Anyways this afternoon my husband is leaving work early to drive to Welshpool to collect the said lap top. After he has it in his hands he will be giving them a mouthful, but somehow I don't think it will be anything new for TNT.

I can no more than re-iterate the other complaints entered here. TNT are absolutely useless. What a joke !!! An ebay item .... I was stupid enough to agree with the seller that he would ship it with these fuggin clowns - I hadn't experienced their INCOMPETENCE. Spent a total of in excess of 2 & a half hours, over several phone calls, waiting to talk to these WOFTAMS. Still no sign of my delivery - which was scheduled for 3 days ago - although they told me they would move heaven & earth , blah blah blah.
BE WARNED - these people are useless pretenders - ads & the like making out they are on the case ... nothing could be further from the truth. I will NOT use these ____ again and I advise all who read this to do likewise. I just wish there was some way I could repay them for the stress and anxiety I have experienced. DO NOT USE TNT THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY.

TNT absolutely useless.

No customer service and no public relations.

Yep they have a great website for tracking your consignment but that's about it.

Great to see your consignment in your town depot for over 4 days and not get delivered.

wotam. "Waste of time and money"

My package was shipped from Doncaster. According to the web it was sitting at Laverton. Was supposed to be received the next day. Called TNT several times and was told there was a delay of 24 hrs. Waited a further day only to be told is was on the truck for delivery. Waited the entire day for the package only to note on the web that the driver drops a note in the letter box saying no one at home, when I was there the entire day. So called the Customer service. Was informed I have to go to Marleston to pick it up two days later. I wonder whether I will ever receive my parcel. I am totally disgusted with TNT. I wish we could choose our courier rather than putting up with all this farce.

Basically, I have experienced the same frustrations as the others: numerous calls to TNT's customer helpline, promises of redelivery that never happen, follow up finds the parcel was never 'scanned on the truck", customer service blames their "Welshpool depot" and "operations", cannot provide serious help "I am in Brisbane dear" or "We are only an answer service - we can only log questions to the depot on the tracker system", and after another failed promised of redelivery, we are asked what do we want? "Send it out today in a taxi", I say. The guy says he cannot do that...he only wants to promise another redelivery another day. Having lost faith in their redelivery promises and got tired of waiting in, we will now drive to Welshpool to pick the parcel up - what a great service TNT. What out for an earful Welshpool depot....

I will never be using TNT again!!! We bought something online from Apple and unfortunately they use TNT for their deliveries. I have now called them 6 times (and have had to wait every time for ages) only to be told each time that someone would call me back.... of course no one has ever bothered to call back! Had a slip left in my letterbox on Monday snd rang up straight away to organise redelivery only to be told that this would take 2 days to organise - so I then said that I would be in the area the next day so I would collect it from the depot. They said that would be fine but someone would ring me in the morning to confirm that the parcel was there. Of course no one had called by 11am so I called back and was told someone would call by midday. Of course no one called once again so I called back that afternoon to organise redelivery as I was no longer in the area. I organised redelivery for today (friday) and was told to look it up online to check that it was on board for delivery then I could ring up and be given an ETA for delivery. When I looked this morning at 7am it had been tracked as being 'held for pickup at depot'... I called TNT and queried this and they told me that the item had not been scanned that morning and could be on a delivery truck... they said they would ring me back. Of course once again no one bothered to call back so I called again at 9.30... still no one could tell me where the parcel was and they said that the supervisor would call me back by 11am!! This 'supervisor' never called so ay 11.30am I called them back and was very irate at this point.... the woman I spoke to basically called me a liar and told me not to bother coming to the depot to pick up the parcel as I would be waiting for hours... once again she told me someone would call me back.... and I'm still waiting!!! I really can't be bothered ringing up yet again and am not sure that I could control my temper if I have to speak to another oone of their daft phone operators!!! Don't ever use TNT!!!!

Repeatedly called the TNT service hotline, said on the consignment note 7am-7pm daily, over almost a whole week i called well within 9am-5pm to schedule redelivery no one bothered to pick up the phone. Then almost a week had gone I was left a message to call another number instead, which again was very hard to call through. When indeed re-delivery was scheduled, the re-delivery never came. The tracking just stopped at 'Freight in Transit.' 2 days later I called again to be informed that they didn't know where the parcel was. Just couldn't find it in the depot either. Promised to call back to update but didn't happen. I'd to call again the next day to be told they'd found it, at another depot. By then a week and a half had passed already since the supposed arrival date. Just couldn't trust them anymore, I went to pick up myself, and after a long period of waiting (30mins - gone in with just my consignment note and took so long to come out), the unfriendly staff came out with my parcel torn to pieces. The stuff inside was scratched, and the parts needed to assemble it were gone. Now awaiting customer service to call me back for reimbursement. Wow, 'Express' delivery huh, at a took-longer-than-normal-Post, appalling-service, damaged-goods guarantee. Disgusting.

Paid a lot of money to ship a desperately needed car part from Adelaide to Sydney - s'posed to be 2 days, its now 5 days and none the clearer as to when it will be delivered. Called customer service who initially lied and only when asked directly and on a number of occasions admitted they did not know where it is or when it would be delivered. Calls answered by seeemingly helpful people, but no information is gained. They suck....

I COULD HAVE DRIVEN THERE AND BACK MYSELF in half the time... As I write I still have no parcel. If you really do have exceptional customer service you would have taken the money I gave you and spent it on a taxi from Laverton to the city and delivered my parcel (That's what I paid YOU to do.) because clearly your infrastructure can't handle such a task. At the least you could have rung me and explained that, despite what the nice email told me, I would NOT be getting my parcel in the forseeable future. Thanks TNT, you're the best.

My mother bought a trampoline for my five children. This was sent from Sydney from the seller and was to be delivered to myself in Tasmania. It was sent in two boxes. We recieved only one. We lodged a search for the box through TNT help line and after a week they told us our search had been closed as the item has been lost. It's been picked up and never delivered. As far as I'm concerned it's still in the possession of TNT. It's a long 30kg box and too big to fall through a floorboard. Where the hell is the rest of our trampoline. I'm unable to put this together so my children are missing out. I've had no luck talking to anyone that knows what is going on and I feel like banging my hair against a brick wall. I'm having no luck and I feel like taking our business away from them. Our company has dealt with TNT for years and have never had a problem. The first sign of trouble and they treat us like s***. Meanwhile my children are the innocent victims here and are unable to have a trampoline that we paid $200 to get delivered to us. Where can it be? It has to be somewhere but obviously they aren't looking for it and can't be bothered wasting their precious time helping out us. I've complained to as many managers as I can and I'm still not getting any assistancce. How much more complaining can I do? Well lets see shall we.............?

We started using TNT about 8 mths ago----We ship electronic goods and as soon as we started using TNT our damage in transit rate rose 4 fold----Even their insurance is a waste of time/money---if the customer signs for the item and discovers that it is damaged after opening the box. you cannot claim---TNTs complaint department will give you lots of oohs and aahs and a bit of empathy/few platitutes but no real service---They have cost our small business about $1000 in lost and damged freight over the last couple of months, with absolutely no compensation.---I have spoken to quite a few people involved in similar businesses to my own and generally the response is "TNT---we stopped using them ages ago---they are rough as guts".... Bottom line is 'Stay away from TNT' ,if you want your freight to arrive in one piece (or if you want it to arrive at all)..
