Three mobile signed me up for a 2 year contract. They could not provide the service that was being paid for. The mobile reception they provided only 5km from the CBD of Sydney was, in a single word, atrocious. They finally waved my contract and then decided not to refund any money for the handset, which was returned to them as requested. I called the Telecommunications Ombudsman to make a complaint, which ended up with their 3rd Level staff. The conclusion of the case was that 3 mobile would pay me back 11 months of handset repayments. That was nearly 4 weeks ago. I still have not seen payment. Quite frankly I would NEVER use this company again. Be wary of their offers.
