They have a poor online booking system (I got charged seat selection fee when I didn't choose one). Also, I spent at least 20 minutes trying to get a refund for the fee charged and explaining to them that I did not finalise a booking with seat selection. They actually said 'you may have pressed the wrong button' - when did companies start blaming customers [especially when it's not the customer's fault]? In short, Tiger Airways lack professionalism. I rather spend a bit more money to avoid unneccessary hassles like this!
