My friends and I went to the Twin Donut by Inwood Park last month before heading to an event. We designated it as our meeting point so we could sit and eat while waiting for everyone to arrive. However, before we even got to head inside and order, the manager came out and started yelling at us to leave. None of us were doing anything wrong. We had just sat down in the outside sitting area and placed our backpacks down. We were just about to place our orders when the manager cam out and yelled at us to leave. I can understand not wanting people who are not ordering to loiter around, but we had just arrived and we tried to explain that we were just about to order. Futhermore, the place was empty so we were not taking seats up from other patrons. After we told him this, he contnued to yell at us and tell us he didn't care if we ordered, that we still couldn't sit and eat our food there. It was ridiculous. A few hungry friends of mine went in anyway to grab something to eat and the manager continued to harass them inside. It was the worst beahvior I have ever seen in all my dining experience. I contacted the HQ office and received a form letter that I would be contacted by a staff member, and never was. So I emailed again explaining that I was upset that my friends and I were first harassed in such a way, and now more so considering my complaint about the incident has seemingly been ignored. Worst customer service ever. I don't want any compensation. All I want is to receieve an apology and for that manager to receieve disclipnary action for the incredible rude treatment of paying customers.
