I attended Urban Revival Hairdresser at Aspley, in Brisbane and received a hairdressing experience from HELL. I was specific with the colour that I wanted, and actually ended up getting the exact colur I didnt want. I went back for 'colour correction', and it was made EVEN worse than the original attempt. Now have a horrible orangey colour instead of my blonde! Sent a letter to the owner/manager, who on both occasions that I was in the salon was to busy grooming himself in the mirrors or popping out to shop, or having coffees, to take any interest in how badly my hair was being stuffed up, he gave me some airy fairy response, and offered no solution to my problem. On my first visit, they took my $176 (thats after 25% off for new customers), and didnt bat a eyelid at robbing me. On the colour correction, they merely attempted the colour but wouldnt blow dry or straighten without charging me $25! So I walked out with bad, wet hair!
