I paid $500.00 to join this club to learn how to train my dog. I have only ever attended 2 classes as a full paid member. Either there are no classes suitable for my dog, no teachers available for the classes or I have to wait for the next start date. It has now been months since I paid and still nothing! I have never recieved a newsletter, informing me of classes (told they would be fortnightly), not one of my calls has been returned and when I have been to the club to enquire, no one has been available to help me. (told they were busy and would get back to me).
