Being a large and established airline, they managed to mass send out free gold velocity membership ungrade to all the members and when you click on more information, they go and say 'Friday 13 strikes!!! Sorry but you have received this free upgrade email by mistake'. Go and lift everyone's hopes why don't you. Absolutely ridiculous.
