I DID MY CHECK IN IN MIAMI TO BRAZIL ON 11/17/09 WITH AMERICAN AIRLINES AND WHEN I FACED A VERY STUPID EMPLOYEE FROM AA STARTING TO CALL THE CUSTOMERS TO LINE UP TO WALK IN TO AIRPLANE LIKE A ANIMALS SINCE MOST OF PEOPLE WAS FROM BRAZIL AND WAS NOT UNDERSTAND HIS BROKEN ENGLISH MUST BE CUBAN, THIS EMPLOYEE WAS SAYNG THINGS THAT STARTED TO OFEND EVERY ONE IN WORDS OF RACISM ! I GOT SO MAD WITH THIS GUY WITCH I DID HAD NO CHANCE TO GET HIS NAME SO I TOLD HIM THAT HE SHOULD SPEAK A BETTER ENGLISH SO PEOPLE COULD UNDERSTAND HIM OR HAVE OTHER EMPLOYEE THERE TO SPEAK PORTUGUESE TO TRANSLATE OF WHAT HE WAS SAYNG, SO HE CAME TO ME ASKING FOR MY PASSPORT TREATING ME AND ALSO TOLD ME THAT I WAS NOT GONNA TO GET IN THAT AIRPLANE AND AFTER I WAITED AND INSISTED TO GET IN HE FINALY ALLOWED TO GO AS THE LAST PASSENGER ! I NEED TO HAVE THIS COMPLAINT HEARD BY THE AIRPORT AND AA AUTHORITIES URGENT AND FIND OUT WHO IS THIS EMPLOYEE! THANKS.
