I placed an order on Nov 22nd and was told "Your order will be dispatched between 07-12-2008 and 12-12-2008". My card was charged in full for the order 4 days later. On 12/12/08 brandalley sent an email to say that they had not received the goods from their supplier and delivery would be "next week". I replied to this email on 15/12/08 asking whether I could expect my goods in time for Christmas as ,if not, I needed to buy replacements. This email was ignored as were the 2 subsequent emails I sent on 17/12/08 & 19/12/08. I found a phone number for their so called 'customer service' department in the terms and conditions of their website and called this morning 22/12/08. I was told I had not received any reply to my emails as they didn't know the answer!! Apparently this is meant to make me feel better than an honest and timely reply to my 3 emails, which were only asking whether they could confirm a delivery date. If they didn't know why didn't they just say so, that is exactly what I was asking!!! They admitted on the phone that they could not guarantee me delivery in time for Christmas so now I am left out of pocket as they have had my money for one month, with no Christmas presents, no time to buy more, and still no idea when the goods I ordered 30 days ago will be delivered. Not just bad customer service, a complete and utter lack of customer service and an arrogant disregard for their paying customers presumably born from the fact they are owned and bankrolled by a huge corporation. I for one will NEVER be using them again and would urge any other potential customers to do the same.

They are a month late with my order, which they said would be dispatched between the 19th and 29th August, which is a long dispatch period anyway. I paid as soon as I placed my order. They have replyed to 1 email, and seem to have ignored about 3. In the reply they said it would be sent to me this week, it has not arrived. They appear to be able to afford to advertise everywhere, send me many advertising emails, but not able to send me my order in over 1 month.
