I am writing this complaint so this will not happen to anyone else. Almost a month ago I ordered $100 in products from Carol's Daughter website. My order has not arrived and has not even been shipped. I have called their customer service several times and 1 day I am told that their products are shipped to me and the next day I am told that they are shipping them now. I have left a message and email with their supposed supervisor and still no reply to either. I thought this was a reputable company, but I guess I was wrong. If I ever get my products from them I will never order anything from them again. I will definitely pass this experience on to anyone who mentions this product to me.
