ordered a cake for my seven year olds birhtday, 5 weeks in advance as she wanted a high school musical cake, i wanted to give them enough time to get the picture and make a nice cake. they told me this would not be a problem leave it with them. The morning i was due to pick up the cake i got a phone call to say the pictures were not very good and that the cake did not look good, (this is from the person making the cake himself). When we went to get the cake the high school images was a blurry mess on top of the cake, when i commented that it did not look good and why are we paying for this, I was told well we rang you and told you the cake did not look good! The person responsable for this cake would not come out and talk to us and just got the shop assistant to give us back the money for the picture on top. When we stated that we were not happy with the cake or the way that it was being handled the shop assistant just ignored us and walked away. The next day at the birhtday party when the cake was taken out of the box, it was clear that the cake was iced with coffee icing! for a 7 year olds cake. none of the children could eat the cake, and as an adult the taste was too strong for me.
