After being ripped off by a customer for an item I sold, the customer received 13.98 in refunds for a 3.99 item with 2.00 shipping, I called eBay to find they couldn't refund my money. The following day the buyer left not one but two negative feedbacks on my account with low scored costing me to loose my 20% discount nwith eBay. So I called eBay to have the feedback removed, I was hung up on four times and spoke with 8 people when I was transfered to a foreigner who refused to repeat her name. She spoke so poor engligh I had to ask her to repeat herself many times. when I asked her for help after about 30 minutes she stated something again I could not comprehend, when I explained I could not understand her she sid "I Don't Care" I then requested to speek with her supervisor and she repeated NO to me like a two year old child does over and over again. She then stated I could keep calling back all day she would make sure my issue was never resolved. I insisted on asking for her supervisor again, she said "I don't care if I have to put you on hold until you hang up" all in all she did hang up on me when I informed her I worked as a CSR and she was treating me inapropriatly. I was a top rated power seller, spending thousands with this company a year for six years.
