Hey. It's been nearly two weeks now and despite efforts with live customer service (3 times and with all times being ignored) and an email, I haven't heard one word from the company about my order. They already have their $230+ of mine. If there are any issues, at least tell me. This isn't the first time I've had issues with them about their lack of respect for customers. If this company eventually goes out of business, the reason is clear as day. Communicate with your customers!
Game system was not defective. They claimed it was. They issued me small credit for only the a couple of my games. Said not in good condition. Nobody really cares to give cash for good used items anymore. I used them years before and always gave me good cash or store credit. This company is going down hill.
