Hello, goincase.com is a company that makes cases for iPhones. I ordered a case from them which was too tight and cracked the first day I received it while trying to remove it on the top corner of the case and when I emailed customer service twice they ignored my email both times. It is now been over three months and I still haven't been contacted or offered any sort of reimbursement or help and after reading on their support website (users are allowed to comment) I see that many other users have experienced the same exact experience as me. I couldn't care less about a replacement now but the fact that this company ignores their customers on legitimate issues is really disheartening. Thank you for your time.
