It is for your kind information that i am using your ptcl phone and ptcl broad band net.i have a lot of trouble due to phone distroution and because of this reason net will not connected. un limited complains were done but no action was taken from your side. I also called to RGM ( ABDUL NAEEM) .he couldn't response. so, kindly change the D.B of phone set that net work properly.
i will be very thankful to you if you please pay attention to this problem and solve it.
