This company claims to offer an incentive for using their services. If you use them to find an apartment and sign a 6 month lease then they will give you a $100 debit card as a commission. The catch or which is a hidden clause, the gift card expires 3 months after issue, or 2.5 months after it is delivered via the postal service. It was such a huge waste of time and a horrible feeling being rejected at the retailer for having a useless debit card. This whole set-up seems like a scam to keep from having to pay out the commission.
