I ordered 3 items from Solutions from Renwoods -www.Renwoods.com on 15 Aug 2009. Two small items were sent but the larger item never appeared. I sent 3 e-mails, made 3 phone calls, which cost me a fortune but received no response. I tried to cancel the order but again no response. This is a well known company which sends out millions of catalogues each year. I most certainly not be reccommending them. Patricia
